When the first crops are busy ripening elsewhere, Galtür is still exploding with the colours of spring blossom. The point being, you see, that things tend to happen a bit later and last a bit longer in Austria’s mountain regions. And it’s amazing how wonderfully simple life seems if you can appreciate the value of the simple things in life, such as a summer’s day in the mountains, where the horizon appears so far away yet the sky so close. The mountains, no doubt, are still unwilling to reveal their secrets...

A flight of fantasy? Well, we’ll prove it to you. As an award-winning hiking hotel in the Tyrol we’ve explored a great deal of the Silvretta and Ferwall mountains, so we know where to take you to the most incredible peaks and vantage points.

Past flowers, lakes, streams, chalets and Alpine huts – yet we always take the time to stop, look, and be amazed, in line with our philosophy of savouring the beauty of the great outdoors with a carefree ease.
