In the event that a partner does not wish to terminate the above contract, the latest Terms and Conditions apply.
4.1 Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house may at any given time transfer this agreement to all other companies.
5.1 Partners may at any given time remove or replace visual material, texts and service descriptions of accommodation facilities via the Alpenwelt Travel Login area free of charge. In the event that the accommodation facility instructs the Alpenwelt team to carry out various alterations and / or additions, above team reserves the right to charge the current hourly rate.
5.2 Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house is entitled to process data originating from the Alpenwelt system, other distribution channels and therewith linked marketing promotions free of charge. Furthermore, the above publishing house is authorised to download photos, images, logos etc. from partners’ websites and to use them at no charge.
5.3 The accommodation facility guarantees that all photos, images, logos or downloaded files given to Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house are free from third party rights, which exclude or limit unrestricted use by Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house.
6.1 Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house reserves the right to improve, modify, alter, make unavailable, test, maintain and repair the Alpenwelt Travel System at any given time without being liable or entering into an obligation towards the accommodation facility / user.
6.2 In the event that the operator of the platform www.alpenwelt-travel.com is sentenced by a court of law to pay compensation for damages despite explicit exclusion of liability, the extent of the fine is hereby defined as not larger than the annual standard fee for advertising on www.alpenwelt-travel.com.
6.3 Monthly and annual overviews issued by Alpenwelt Travel are voluntary and subject to alteration.
7.1 The accommodation facility is obliged to
- protect access and login data (“email address” and “password”),
- refrain from passing these data on to third parties,
- immediately contact the operator in case of loss of password,
- refrain from granting third parties access to the account,
- refrain from carrying out any further acts which may endanger the safety of the account.
7.2 The user shall be completely liable for all actions carried out either personally or by third parties with the help of his access data on the portal www.alpenwelt-travel.com including all contents of www.alpenwelt-travel.com itself.
7.3 In no event shall Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house be liable for potential damages brought about by the user in case of improper use of his access data connected with www.alpenwelt-travel.com.

In the event that a product is entered by the accommodation facility at an incorrect price, the accommodation facility shall be liable for the incorrect statement. Alpenwelt Verlag reserves the right to step back from all liabilities.
8.1 Any legal case arising from this contract shall be heard at the place of jurisdiction chosen by Alpenwelt Verlag publishing house.
8.2 The invalidity of individual regulations of these Terms and Conditions does not converge with the validity of other regulations. When in doubt, the Italian civil code is applied.
8.3 All incurred costs relating to tax law, such as advertising taxes, are to be debited to the accommodation facility’s account.
8.4 Any alteration whatsoever of these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and the original signed by the legal representative of the operator www.alpenwelt-travel.com in order to guarantee its validity.
8.5 www.alpenwelt-travel.com guarantees eighty percent accessibility of the accommodation facility. In case of non-fulfilment, a discount is granted.
9.1 According to the law No. 675 (Art. 10, 11 and 13) of 31st December 1996 the user declares to be informed about and in agreement with the purpose and further use of his data and grants Alpenwelt Verlag GmbH publishing house permission to make use of these data for national and international purposes.
